Ingredients

  • 4 Chili pepper
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 Garlic (pealed)
  • 2 Kg black olives
  • 1 liter of lemon juice
  • 1 Kg Green Olives
  • 1 Liter virgin olive oil

Recipe Instructions

  1. Cut the olives into rings and remove the seeds.
  2. Cut the carrots into thin stripes
  3. Cut the chili pepper vertically and remove the core seeds.
  4. In a deep bowl steer the olives with the carrots, olive oil, garlic, chili and the lemon juice.

Important notice: It is very important for the olives to be hard with low salt. If the olives are salty you can soak it in water for a day before preparing the salad.
